The best TV ever and that will ever be produced. Thanks for the nostalgia trip and this makes me want to, more than ever, to visit the house and pub. Itching to start the series again...about 50 watches I would estimate. I am sure everyone would agree that you were never merely a viewer of Auf Weidersehen but the extra member of the team, whether in Germany, England or Spain etc. The hut in Germany was my go to place when first aired and yes, I was unemployed at that time for almost 2 years so it was very relevant to me. No other programme has ever come close to this in drawing you in and the characters were so special. RIP Gary and Pat, you will be forever loved, as the rest of the cast, by this great admirer.
