Portside construction and annoying amounts of fences aside, this is a nice little island. I dig the "tourist attraction" style. And to complement Moon Beach, lots of mooks up for a tussle. It's not just idle talk, with berserk this has all the air of a beat 'em up! That final secret, the ship with the plasma, is very handy for the final fight. Fire hose the spicy meatballs in the last wave and you've neutralized all of the threat.

Very cool map, but at final area is a doozy. Be careful with the Pain in the Ass Elementals around ya. Do love the details with the Miami streets that are very nostalgic around.

These fairly open levels with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas are a real treat for the eyes. Despite the cyberpunk theme they feel like real places.

I've only ever played the first Streets of Rage back on the Sega. This music has me getting the urge to get a fight stick and emulate the OG trilogy, and I honestly hate using fight sticks and fighting games besides super smash brothers. Freakin nostalgia man. It's a drug.

That midi's got ZEST. Favorite map in the wad, so much fun if you treat it like a beach party and wake up EVERYTHING on the map you can get to right at the start. Construction area is quite spicey if you pull the viles and forget to pick up the rocket launcher first every time. That final fight I found very enjoyable as it made imps surprisingly dangerous compared to everything else if they swarm you. A semi-tyson start map that I find enjoyable is so rare. I was punching stuff throughout just because it was fun to do.
