Orange Blossom Special -- arranged by Augustin Hadelich
Orange Blossom Special, originally by Ervin T. Rouse, is one of the most famous American fiddle tunes.
My arrangement was heavily inspired by Michael Cleveland's incredible performances of the tune. Many thanks to Alastair Eng for transcribing Michael Cleveland's version.

Great! One of the greatest violinists of our time. I think it is essential to cultivate a love for classical music and the breeding ground of artists and musicians in every generation, discovering genius and talent. Unfortunately today, many young people, especially in Italy, grow up without this training and classical music remains the great unknown. I believe it is essential to bring young students to concerts, introduce them to the art of music right away, and if they show talent, have them study a musical instrument. Long before I discovered you, I was in love with the fiddle playing of Mr. Don Rich. He started as a child and his career in music started in his teens. His version of Orange Blossom Special is one of my favorites. You would make him so proud with this - and of course, you did it superbly. This was truly amazing Augustin! Stunning! Thank you!

I’ve heard dozens of fiddlers play this, they call it OBS. He does it as well as anybody. And it’s his own version. Roman Kim would love this.
