18:12 yo Max, you can go to the file in the project panel and right-click -> interpret footage and you can set many loop cycles from the bottom "other" section in that menu ❤️ hope this helps

Control D douplicate your comp on your project panel, also you can add time remaping to those clips you want to play out trough all your comp and then write "loopOut(type = "cycle", numKeyframes = 0)" just go to the last keyframe and set it to one frame less, expand your layer and it should work. If you guys are facing Analysis Solve Failed that is because AF isn't able to track part of your screen , so trim it or make a video which lies clearly within the frame ...

I just found out that the clip has to be with very little motion blur. My first clip was of me picking up the phone and there was just too much motion blur for the tracker to find any points.

aldo 6464 Just film a similar clip like the one in the video. Make sure that there is very little motion blur in the clip, so that the 3D tracker can track.

do not scale or move your track solid just leave it as its is and then make a mask and the first attach it and the make it 3d

yes but it would be harder to add the glitchy parts to the screen because you'd have to motion track everything

ive found that if you dont trim the clip and have some extra frames at the end ( black frames) even if its 1 frame the analysis will fail. so trim the clip and dont include a single extra frame

all comes down to the footage make sure you have footage well lit and not shaky so you can get a clean track. shoot at a fast shutter speed as well to minimize motion blur

Hey guys so when trying to edit the bit at the end I had a problem when duplicating the track solid and then putting the freeze frame on a inverted I wasn't able to see the track solid any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated !

you only need the track solids for elements above or below the phone. freeze frame bit is for if you want to customize the screen you dont need to use track solids for the screen part

if u have adobe media encoder i would try putting the video on it rendering it and then putting it into after effects! and if that doesn't work find a (whatever video format you have) to mp4 converter online!
