Hi Keri! I love Azure the quality of food and products are amazing. I have a good Azure order coming this month and I can’t wait. I ordered jars from them this month and I ordered the 24oz jars that are wide mouth. I used to get them from Ball, but they haven’t had them in a longtime, so I am thrilled to get them from Azure. The spices are so much better than anything you get in the stores. The Bubbies is so good and the dill relish is amazing in tartar sauce, tuna salad and anything that you use dill relish in. Oh nice, thank you for letting me know about the dill relish, I want to try that one too. I am glad to hear the spices are great, I'm loving the parsley so far and definitely plan to get more!

Agust was the very first time i ordered from Azure. I was very impressed and pleased with my order. I put in another order that will come next week. I got 2 cases of pint and a half jars. I love them very much. I just ordered 2 more boxes. Its a size i had been seeking aboutv3 years. Its the jars that sparked me to order. Great video and i will have to get me some of the sprouting screens and parchment sheets.

There jars are amazing, I'm getting some quarts next, but I also want some of the pint and a half ones. :)

That lemon juice is fantastic! I have only had an issue once with some fresh cherries I bought, they were all molded. I should have known better but thought I would give it a try. I live in NW Florida, and we can't grow them here (not enough really cold chill hours for them to set fruit- I've tried, and it just doesn't happen). That said Azure made it good and credited my account, so I was really pleased with that. Some of the products I really love are the Artisan craft WW unbleached flour, nuts, date syrup, flax seeds, sunflower oil and their spices. I have compared a lot, and the prices are just fantastic, especially it being mostly organic. One of my very favorite companies to order from.

I love Azure. I only order 3 times a year unless I absolutely ran out something I need. I buy all my spices from them. My favorite is their lemon peel one and ground rosemary.

I would love to learn how to make candles my husband can’t breathe when I burn store bought candles I don’t know what the problem is but I love peppermint

Oh man I hate to hear that, but I totally understand. I love candles but they have started giving me headaches so I need to find ways to enjoy them. I'll be sharing my experience with making them here in hopes we can all learn together!

Thanks for sharing your order with us. Could you share what the acidity of the lemon juice is (is it OK to use for canning)?

I'm not sure what the acidity is, I've searched the bottle and the Azure product page and it doesn't say. I typically don't use lemon juice in my canning, I use Citric Acid in place of it, so I'm sorry I couldn't find that information. I bet if you email them about that product they could get you an answer.
