Both of those soups look great, but I am definitely going to try my own version of the cauliflower one. Also, the extra creamy almond milk would’ve worked well in this if you’re trying to avoid dairy because sometimes to check for allergies, you have to completely eliminate. I know because I’m allergic to dairy also.

Wow on the Ham and Cauliflower one. That one is on the list. I'll use the canned ham and ham broth I just finished putting up. (I know not recommended but when the ox is in the mire, you either can it or throw it away.) I've been trying hard for a long time to figure out how to have Jambalaya when I can’t have tomatoes (late discovery of a tomato allergy - waaaaa. So I KNOW what it tastes like waaaaaa again).

Thank you for doing these soups for SOUPtember and participating in the collab! I love the idea of the multiple proteins in the jambalaya, but since we don't eat pork, we'd probably substitute the sausage using turkey or beef sausage.

I eat soup year round but my family isn’t as fond of it. We’re still getting some 90* days but temp is coming down. Jambalaya is one that has been suggested I try. I really try to make new requests.

That is a really good looking pot of Jambalaya... I haven't served it with corn bread, usually use sour dough, but I do love corn bread. The ham/cauliflower soup looks good too. I have to watch carbs, so grateful for the options..
