always enjoy these informative videos! My favorite part is seeing which was the highest and lowest selling homes in cape coral. it would be awesome if you did highest and also lowest selling of each category - waterfront and non-waterfront because the lowest selling is always going to be a non-waterfront and the highest will most likely be a waterfont so it would be nice to see the lowest waterfront that sold and highest non-waterfront

Looking to buy a Golf access in Cape Coral, however, worried about the flood zone there. Are there any Flood zone X homes? I can also look into a 2-story condo building. I need to be able to dock a 40-foot boat. I am not in a rush at all. Thank you for the videos.

Hi! Thanks for watching! The answer is yes, there are a good number of Gulf-access homes that are in X and X500 zones. In fact, I did a video showcasing three of them a few weeks back if you’d like to check it out. I can also email you some examples if you’d like.
