7:35 How can the issue for the terribly blurry glass cockpits be the upscaling, when the issue also is present in DLAA, which does not scale up the image in any way? That problem has been in the game ever since dlss was added, and the devs still don't even seem to understand what the problem actually is.

Hey i need help so bad. My buttons in fs2020 don't work. I load the 787-pmdg737-a32nx and 747 but all of them wont let me click on the landing lights, strobe lights, taxi lights, runway lights and beacon lights. They are locked and can't click on them well i can but they will just flicker and turn back on automatically... IDK WHY PLS HELP!!!

One thing I would like to see implemented in either simulator is: different display hangars. Currently when you look at your aircraft they are all shown in the same huge hangar. I would love to see smaller GA style hangars for smaller planes and helicopters, military style for military aircraft, and WWI/II style hangars for aircraft from those eras.

That's been said several times in the forums. I guess it falls under the eastern Europe hard to get (permission) data. Microsoft have the ability to use a provider to aquire the data for them in a relatively short timeframe, however it's the government which block this like Turkey who have the data but say it has to remain in the country. I've been to Turkey, it's a beautiful country, but f**k that for a game of poker, yet Microsoft are still trying. 👋

The worst part is that they showed at the FS Expo timeline that Poland was supposed to be included in this particular world update. In a small picture, we can see a church in Gdansk-it's a building you can't easily mistake for any other in Europe. So, I'm really disappointed with the information about the world update including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. And remember, in those countries, there are many restrictions on data, like Google Maps or dash cams, while in Poland, these laws are much more lenient. :(

This is the DACH-Region-V2-Update and again there is SNOW (!) in the valley in the Austrian summer? Timestamp 28:17: you can see no snow on the summit of Dobratsch (2166m) but there is snow in the valley (in the background), very strange...

If you have the Top Gun add on in your sim downloaded to your hand drive. It will never go away. ( Unless you unistall it from your sim) What they mean by "staying" is it will remain in the marketplace for 2 more years. But if you have it downloaded and installed in your sim, even after it's removed from the marketplace it will remain in your sim. But once gone from marketplace, it cannot be downloaded. And Im not certain, if it will transfer to 2024 version.

Why are the rain effects on the planes when they land so bad? I miss the spray effect. The strobe and beacon are also much too weak. You can hardly see them.🙄

It's a shame they didn't also do Kassel City with photogrammetry. A few years ago they released Kassel Calden EDVK Airport as a world update. That was really awesome, but the city is missing even though Google Earth already has it 😁😁I hope they will also release Kassel City as a world update in the future

I was also hoping for Kassel, just because it's literally in the middle of Germany there are so many both Airliner and GA Flights over KS, so many people who would actually see it(and of course I would love to see my Hometown in High quality), probably more than Freiburg or Heidelberg a few years back, would be so nice to have Kassel with Photogrammetry and I had the hope, a few months ago I saw one of the Planes making these images/creating the Data for TIN flying low in data collecting patterns over Kassel. Maybe just a little city update down the line and I would be happy 🥲

@@JarglemyYarbles Yep, got it. I play VR with Q3, 78003xd and 4090. And without it, it's very difficult to keep a stable environment. With Auto-fps, I get a nice 115 tlod on ground, and a max tlod of 275 at 6000ft. It works a charm. My fear is that asobo will implement a chappy version of auto-fps, and build in code to block 🚫 the auto-fps app. Asobo hate that app with a passion. Instant ban on their forum for mentioning it.

Msfs, im a bit concerned and depressed about your installer. It's like i will not be able to play this game again because every time i download the packages in the installer it keeps me in a tormenting loop from 10gb to 2gb. I really dont understand why its behaving like this. Please help😢

I find this super interesting to know how you’re able to replicate engine and system sounds for historic planes like the Condor or 707 that clearly cannot just be recorded in a real plane. How do you replicate the sounds and how do you know how a plane, let’s say from hundred years ago sounded like?

This is a joke 😄 Looks the way I see it, this new version was forced on them because of the underlining architecture updates. Can you rule that out in the future NO. But the model is that they provide constant updates to the sim anyway which is pretty amazing. Gone are the days when Microsoft would box up the sim and that's all you got. We're living in good times!

why can't even Inibuilds devs keep their planes on the centerline ? ;) Sadly that's why I had to uninstall the A310 to save some SSD space. It was twitchy and felt very difficult to control, not like a heavy airliner should when rolling.

LOL. I actually think MSFS 2024 will come in a much better state than MSFS 2020 so long as they don't take any risks on planes which are not ready. As a lot of these are 3rd party additions based of existing planes, they should be in good shape. As for the rest of the sim, we'll have to see. 🙏

My biggest thing with MSFS is the airports they are absolutely horrible. Flying at night is almost impossible hard to see as if the airport is closed. I feel like I have to slew evertime I load in because of the wack spawn parking at gates. I’ve one time spawned backward

I want to know when I should stop buying add ons because it seems like all the money I spent, those add ons will be included in 2024 out of the box. Almost like 2020 and all the addons sold were a test bed. And the performance for the scenery and airports is hit or miss. So many CTDs on Xbox series X. A lot of wasted time and money.

See! I've been saying this for YEARS. Why do people insist on calling them "anybuilds" and not i-n-i builds as they are actually called? ini refers to .ini files, and no one calls them .any files. Eye adaptation should be something on high priority. When you look down in the cockpit you cant see outside scenery. I really hate that. And Nvidia surround support for triple monitor. THANKS
