Thank you for the update, but the planners have missed the point, this should have been a full interchange, that roundabout for right turns will still cause massive queues just like the current one does. Most traffic flows on that junction need to turn right so the ff left turns will make no difference.

Correct. The new slip from A3 SB to M25 anticlock will be the least used piece of new road in the UK. I have never seen anyone go that way.

That’s a tremendous amount of construction and millions of pounds being spent to offer not a lot of increase in capacity, or solving the current problems with the interchange. Well done! It takes a special kind of skill to spend so much and achieve so little. Fancy taking over the Civil Service?

OMG we used to live in Ockham Im so glad we left! This looks worse that something in America. Giving in to the car! Even the old Wisley airfield (which was possibly going to become an aircraft museum) has fallen to the GREED of developers building MORE houses that no one can afford that was born in the UK...........now THATS progress. People wonder WHY we are leaving the UK for good we were born here generations of our family but we have had enough of 'broken britain' so off somewhere better.

The housing is the reason the junction is being changed (not really improved much). It will have a direct access from the junction, paid for by the taxpayer.
