i seriously just love everything about this guys playing. The technique is always ridiculous, the posture, the pocket, the confidence. It's nuts, I as a drummer whose finally playing live shows lookup to this guy as someone to emulate in my own playing. I saw him live a couple years ago and it was just so good. First time I had seen someone play metal so fast so skillfully just dancing around time signatures and picking cymbals so tastefully.

For me, the posture is what gets to me the most. I don't think I've seen a drummer other than Adam Gray who has this posture and plays one hour sets on a nightly basis.

Would any of you be willing to teach me drums? I got a drumset and can keep simple timing but I want to learn drum rolls and also learn some crazy timing. I live in Pennsylvania, and have always wanted to be in a band since I was 5, but haven't found anyone willing to teach me. Can't afford lessons, but if you guys had the time even for one session I could pull something together. My dad is a drummer, but he doesn't have time to teach me because him and my mom are divorced and he's an overnight truck driver :/ Also can't wait to finally see you guys in concert in Philly this September! I doubt you'll see this, but if any of you do, I'd really appreciate it. I really want to get good at drums, and I can't really sing. And no I'm not some fangirl trying to hit on you, just genuinely want to jam and learn some stuff

This can't be the actual audio from the original play-through, unless the sound engineer who mixed it sample edited the Hell out of it. Real acoustic drums simply don't sound like this, especially no acoustic kick drum and I'm doubting the snare and toms, too. Also absolutely no bleed from the mics, so what we are hearing is not the sound that was played and the sound on the new record doesn't sound recorded either, but also totally fake and sample edited.
