August update

It's nearing the end of the growing and flowering season and time to start pulling up what is spent.
Today most of the sunflowers and all of the cosmos got pulled. The zinnias are still going strong (except where my dog trampled them and the dahlias). The butterflies are loving the zinnias! I was swarmed by them while cutting for a bouquet! Our grass was really starting to take off then our neighborhood got hit by army worms and they destroyed the grass overnight.
Our lawn service came to spray so here's hoping it will rebound.
