I listened to August's music in 2014/2015 (like No Love and I luv this shit) without even knowing his story or something about him. I recently watched his documentary about his life and it made me so emotional. I've listened and watched a lot of his stuff and I can say that he definitly became one of my favorites artists. He talks about what he's been through, he shares his emotion and pain with us. He's just real. He's a source of inspiration for many people. It's my first time listening to this song and it will probably not be the last. I would have loved to be here since his debut to be able to accompany him through is journey, even if I'm just a fan. Hope he's okay and that he's taking care of himself. He deserves all the best in the world. I love him not only as a singer, but also as a person. I'm not gonna lie, I really want to see him in interview as before, because I miss him. But, better than that, I also don't want anyone to disturb his peace and tranquility. Y'all need to listen his last album, he made it with his whole heart. Love you August❤️ PS: Sorry for the possible spelling mistakes, I don't speak english.

He is def underrated ppl comparing him to weak a** Trey Songz who is boring and typical,he will soon get all the recognition he deserves,I just pray he does not allow the industry and money to change him.

I'm not huge on rap but I gotta admit, when I first heard this song I could really feel the music. He's telling a story and damn, this is some REAL shit. I have respect for him for that. It's good to see some rap that's actually about life rather than just sex & drugs.

This literally isn’t rap and all rap isn’t about sex and drugs. If you’re not gonna look for rap that fits what you like then don’t speak on the genre.

Life is precious, don't lose it over something that can be avoided.we are all blessed to be here. I be shedding tears over even my enemies because you never know why but I know that I was born to love. I'm not perfect and sometimes I hurt others but I don't mind taking the fall for anyone I love.if nobody stands with you then life isn't what its meant to be. Everyone has a purpose and everything happens for a reason. I know that sometimes retaliation is necessary because I know how I feel about those I love but to things in perspective, everyone has a reason and noone can judge another's purpose in this world. Ima be by the side of everyone I love and try to make a better way for all because life isn't promised so cherish each moment.

Chayna Hamilton I am sorry for your lost. If it makes you feel better that happened to me too. I couldn’t take it either. That’s what made me move away. This songs somewhat numbs my pain but still hurts to listen to it. The saying keep your friends close and enemies closer really relates to this situation. Once again I’m sorry for your lost. 😔❤️😭
