This house (and a lot of others showed by this kind of youtubers/tik-tokers) are actually rented. They come fully equipped with furniture and special rooms (e.g.: personal movie theater, inside pool, sauna, etc). That's why they all have the same vibe and decorating style (and also why they never show them decorated in a more personal way, more according to their personalities). As some others have pointed out, this is a house designed for partying/having personal events, not to live like a normal person, that's why it has huge common spaces and not a practical kitchen. They have a pretty high cost, but they can afford it as long as they have good earnings with their videos (instead of doing something smart and living in a more affordable place and saving while they can).

It's like they spend their entire budget on the house and didn't know it was unfurnished, so they quickly just threw shit everywhere and called it a day. As an interior designer, I try not to criticize someone for their design choices when it comes to their own home, UNLESS, they have the money and resources to actually make it nice because I never have, and I envy those who actually have the money to make a baller ass house and instead make garbage. I'll just offer one piece of advice: never, under any circumstances, buy those sunset/sunrise landscape photograph prints that melt your eyes out of your skull because the saturation is so fucking high; landscapes are fine, and landscape paintings are even better, but those prints make me so frustrated I can't even explain it.

This is actually quite a common design in Morrocan appartement , there's usually two living rooms one for dining and the other for invitation and kitchen aren't that big and they are a separate room they are not open to other rooms and something you even find a sink separated from the actual bathroom or restroom. Not all the homes are like this one , because the deco for this one isn't the finest obviously it's so random and the color choice for the house make it look not alive it's so blend, but the general way how the rooms are situated and layed out it is quite common in other countries Btw his house is also very poor in decoration

I think this guy lives in Dubai, so you have to consider the foreign home design. The sink outside of the bathroom and the tiny kitchen is not unusual at all there. America is known to have the largest kitchens, and many foreigners find it very odd considering all you do is cook in it. It's not important to them. In most countries, finding a large kitchen is near impossible. Also, considering this is Dubai, your money doesn't go far. His house might look like a mansion on the outside, but it's probably no bigger than a standard family sized home.

This is in the Middle East, and it is pretty common for gulf countries like KSA and UAE to have a secondary living room in houses His house design is literally similar to what we call in Arabic " Istraha " which is in English maybe something like " breather " Usually, many families have farms outside cities or" breather " inside the cities, which is a big place with a big park, pool, a big living room, and other things. And the whole big family goes there for a few hours every weekend, father, mother, uncles, cousins and have fun there. Usually, these places look good and have good designs, but the problem here is this is his literally a house, and it looks very boring and plain... Also the kitchen is very small It is like someone built it to make money from it by renting it daily, that person didn't care about the design at all

y'know, I lived in the U.A.E for 4 years, I can say: Every house and person is like this (if they're local) ex-pats don't get as many privileges like permits, licenses, better-paying jobs, and literally having enough money to run red lights and not even blink at the fine I went to the popular attractions like YAS Island, (which was the waterslide place) and Ferrari World (Fastest rollercoaster in the world) and such, but I didn't like how everyone treated each other: Local kids never paid attention to the teachers like most never did ANY homework, and just do what they want. this is normal to them, to me this is bad taste and really rich people. Again to them, THIS IS NORMAL.

Also most of the places are covered up in the U.A.E this is because of construction or Terribly awfully run-down/dirty places. I went to school with a family memeber of the ruler of the U.A.E i don't live in the country anymore, but seriously that place is good for VISITS not Living it's not good to live there, i'm pretty sure several teachers broke down crying from the local kids and most resigned from teaching altogether. That's how bad these kids are and can become, you may see those people from the U.A.E going to help with space exploration, but there's the thing: they mostly come from rich famile's that helped in everything so they could focus on their studies, which to-be-fair is a good thing, but they pay for maids and cleaners to do everything. Alot of the time the owners never leave their house! They can live like kings just because of who/where they came from/were born.

I was born in Dubai and lived there for 8 years. I don't remember 100% of my childhood there (I'm 25, damn I'm old if I can't remember much) but I can say for sure my school days was not good whatsoever. Kinda similar to what you said but not completely. I'm conflicted of moving to Dubai because it has more job opportunities and few of my cousins live there and some of my very very old childhood friends. I live in Bahrain and despite being way smaller than Dubai, I think it's way better. Even the currency and cost is better.
