late by two years lol but as someone who has passed out multiple times before, this is half accurate, denying being not okay is something that commonly happens, including with me, but fainting usually takes hours and with lots of pre-symptoms like seeing spots, headaches, weakness, dizziness, no chest pains unless you passed out from a loss of air or something

5:08 theoretically, it is possible to pass out due to chest pain - but it would mean passing out from the pain alone (I'm not joking - after certain level of pain our brain simply turns off). Another thing might be hypovolemic shock due to internal bleeding (but as she touched his chest and didn't feel any stiffness (which means a place where artery broke), that wouldn't be the case)
