I can recall many timea I've nearly hit pedestrians who have been IN THE BIKE LANE. I can especially recall a time a jogger was in the bike lane (sidewalk was clear but we passed construction like 400 feet ago) and I was on an ebike. He appeared out of nowhere and I tried to go around but another bike in the opposing lane appeared and I had to lock my brakes up and nearly hit him. He then puts hisnhand up acknowledging that an accident nearly happened and moved to the sidewalk finally. Point learned is that he should've never been in the lane when there has been a clear sidewalk for around 400 feet.

Tldr, The guy in the video can die and I've nearly been hit over 20 times. I'm a cyclist too, and I feel like this guy can just die for breaking those rules. I don't follow all traffic rules, such as showing when I'm going to turn, but at least I have a good reason. If you're wondering what the reason is, then it's the fact that I've been hit 3 times and ignored over 20 times on a year. The times I was hit, I wasn't even doing anything wrong, yet I was literally one second from being killed. Another time I needed x-rays. Several of the times I was ignored, I could've been killed.
