OMG, I can't believe, finally a useful tutorial. I just wasted about 5 hours going through tutorials like "Why I don't arrange in Machine" and then proceeds with 20 mins video of how to arrange IN Maschine xD However, I am wondering about whether they haven't thought of an easier way for this work flow? For example, since Maschine's inputs are always going to be a max of 16, can't they just automatically "go" to 16 new Ableton channels? I know I can do something similar by routing the Group from Maschine, but then it's not the best option, cause it makes it impossible to mix if you have 1 bus for 16 sounds?

This is awesome! Thanks a ton. Do you know of a way to do the same thing but with midi instead of audio?

I am so confused. This video does a really great job explaining how to do it, however, for some reason I'm getting a different result and I'm not sure why. In Ableton I only see input going to the master channel. When I assign each track to a corresponding sound from machine It does not seem to route it to that specified track within Ableton. I've been trying to figure out how to get machine linked to Ableton.

Is there a way to save the preset in Maschine without having to reassign the outputs every time you change a group (sound) in the library?

Yes, there is a way to save a preset in Maschine without having to reassign the outputs each time you change a group or sound in the library. Follow these steps: 1. Set up your group or sound with the desired output routing. 2. Save the group or sound as a user preset: Click on the disk icon to save. Choose 'Save As' to create a new preset. 3. When you load this preset in the future, the output routing will remain as you configured it. Hope this helps you! ❤
