I invite everyone to do what I just did and go through all of her videos and push the like button. This will help push her up on KZbin searches. She puts so much effort into her channel she deserves to be the first thing to pop up when the word whistle is searched. Hair makeup, lighting, video editing, sound mixing, playing an instrument then tabbing that's a lot of work.

Hi Stephanie, firstly, thank you for such brilliant videos. I bought a tin whistle after watching your tutorials and constantly come back to your videos to learn more. They are perfect for beginners like myself and they are so fun! Secondly, could I request a tutorial on how to play half covered holes? I saw a few of them on the tabs of some of your previous videos and am not too sure how to go about placing my fingers. Many Thanks, and keep up the great work!

Stephanie, Putting all class and sophistication aside, what little I have… ____ ____! You had me looking for my glasses and I was already wearing them ! Just when I thought I had my excessive hair growth and palpitations under control, you post another amazing video ! You are not the life of the party… you are the party ! Well what more is there to say… I love your outfit… I love your background… I love your hair style… I love the songs… And I love the Scottish Stephanie ! I have Scotch-Irish in both family trees… Until now I didn’t really give a hoot… But your little video motivated me to do some research on my ancestry. Scotch-Irish and Spanish on both sides is what I’ve found… Could it be that we both have somewhat of a temper? Well, enough about me… I almost forgot… I love your lighting… it makes your hair look so dark as if you have colored it and your eyes are amazing… And the cute funny part at the end was the icing on the cake! The Auld Lang Syne song is one that I’ve been tooting out by ear for a while… I’ll be using your tabs for sure now… Your version is amazing… I love it ! Now a question…You spelled the lang in your title land was that a typing error or deliberate ? Typing errors are so easy for me to make… And I must say that you are definitely on the wright track with your video presentations… You and your cute outfits make me feel in a way that my normal daily routine does not… Well, I’m sure you already know that… Did I hear you say more videos later this week? More costume changes too? Scottish Stephanie all week will be just fine... Thank you for all that you do!

It is supposed to be easier and give a cleaner D+ I think, but you can use either option depending on the passage you are playing.

Och the pressure is real ;) Fun fact is that some of the besties are really hard for flute(melody wise) but I'll try to find some that should be easy to "Port" to flute. Like Skaldowie "Wiolonczekistka " It's a happy tune about getting love into a chello solist ;) easy (at leat for piano.... )

hi, i love your playing . can you tell me where i can buy such a low whistle ( i am a beginner). thanks in advance -
@CutiepieTinWhistle7 жыл бұрын
Angie Brandy Hello 😊 so glad you like the video. My low whistle is an MKpro from www.mkwhistles.com They're quite pricey, about £250. I'd recommend a cheaper one to start with just encase you don't like it, as they're quite different to play in comparison to high tin whistle. Dixon or Shearwater make low D whistles for about £40 and are a wonderful place to start! 😊
@AngieBrandy0076 жыл бұрын
Dear Stephanie, thanks a lot for your advice. What do you think abut Howard Low D whistle- it is said to be tunable and costs about half of MKpro. I would like to play with others ( cither, hammered dulcimer , guitar...) therefore would tunability be appreciated. Thanks in advance - I love all your videos !! Best greetings from Austria

If you're playing along, and can't quite keep up - mess with the youtube speed settings! You can play the video at 0.5 - half speed - and it won't affect the notes, only how quickly they come around.
