Nice Demonstration of aura outdoor kettle system. I got one of those when they first came out. I really liked mine. It came well packaged and does a great job. When I did spare ribs, came out great, I was surprised at 3 1/2 hours. The stainless on there is heavy duty. I put quart stainless bowl full of water below for moisture. I have to experiment more I think if you do snake, pork butt or brisket no problem. Looking for more cooks using this.

Bravo My Brother! I know it wasn't about the ribs.....but damn they were killer good! Minimal amount of charcoal and done in 3 hours at a medium BBQ temp is crazy cool! Your new phone is taking some awesome video....top notch quality! I've found, that even with your pizza pan, the brick is adding thermal mass and radiating heat from below along with the natural convection heat of the kettle design, It's the 1-2 punch to Killer Que! As for the ribs.....I never saw anyone go for the piece of flap meat first........that was so cool and I know it was so Good! Excellent carving job also......I was impressed and you're probably saying you got really lucky on how you separated the ribs from the upper section. :-)

Hey Ken! 👋😎 Man-oh-man am I impressed at this first run! Whole spares in 3 hrs! 🤯 If that's the kind of results I can expect from this $100 accessory then it will end up on my list of favorites!! I don't want to get my hopes up too high because part of the battle we be the longevity of the ceramic. As for the ribs, they were absolutely delicious! ESPECIALLY the pieces most people throw away. I took the rib-tips to work the next day and they were a hit! That separation from the ribs with my 12" slicer was stupid satisfying! 😆 I'm glad you liked the content. 🍻😎👍

Hi Rick! 👋😎 I didn’t even know what the Spider Venom was. Just watched a few videos and wow!!! By "these" are we talking about the Aura or the Performer? I'm assuming you're referring to the Aura. So I had did a Brisket not to long ago and I loaded it with 3 chimneys full of charcoal. Lit 10 briquettes and I ran temperatures of 225°Fahrenheit for 10.5 hours and STILL had more than half of the charcoal left in the kettle. So I don't think you will need to add charcoal at all!

That's cool. I had always thought of doing exactly that myself. However a year passed and I had an Amazon gift card burning a hole in my wallet and I pulled the trigger on the Aura. One of the best purchases I've made for my BBQ accessories! I love this thing! I love that the stones are 2 pieces allowing me to use it differently depending on my setup. I love the heavy-duty stainless grates. I love that I didn't have to drill any holes into my kettle!
