I think she laughs, calls the dirt beautiful and is excited for a mess because she knows this is all fixable. People are embarrassed or ashamed and her attitude shows that there is nothing to be ashamed of, because it can all be cleaned. This doesn't have to be the end.

Best tips from Auri: (I love cleaning by the way!) - Folding the cloth - oven cleaner + plastic wrap - squeegee as a broom! - using a scraper for hard stains - I definitely I was afraid of this tool, now I love it! - dish soap as a most used cleaning product (because many of the stains around us are greasy 🤷🏼‍♀️) 😮 who knew?? Me and my brother grew up in a place like this because my mom was single and mentally ill. I knew it wasn't normal to live in a place like that but I had no idea what to do about it, and I had no one to help me. I was ashamed of it. Seeing you being so kind, selfless and open minded is so refreshing. When you bought bed sheets for him it made me want to cry, because it made me feel like you truly cared, and it matters a lot. It's not just about hygiene and cleaning, it's also about care and love. You're right when you say that living in a filthy place makes you want to escape reality, I happened to me, and seeing what you do for people makes the child me heard and saved. You're doing life changing work for so many people, a true hero.

Paula, you're smart and perceptive. People don't want a camera shoved in their faces when they are low. I HATE the videos showing people helping homeless individuals. I don't think they want the world staring at them. I remember having these blue fake leather shoes with a hole in the toe when I was in 6th grade. I thought people didn't notice but then one of the kids let me know. I was humiliated. The film of the class buying new shoes for some POOR kid and thinking he'd love it. That kid doesn't want the attention. I am 59 and my strongest memories are of those times. If you're going to show kindness, don't blow your own bugle.

Auri, as someone who always struggles when it comes to cleaning, I want to tell you that your positive mood and approach to a dirty enviroment is more positive and helps people to not feel too ashamed in case they have their own mess, it reminds (at least me) that this is not an impossible task. Cleaning was always related to my self-steem since I wasn't taught with much love, I was hardly judged and criticized but family only focused on insulting me more than actually teach me, it was always about how slow, inefficient or how wrongly I was doing things even if I've tried to change ways or see cleaning tutorial videos. Now I'm independent and living on my own, my home is not a big mess but cleaning takes a lot to me, finding your channel helped me enjoy the task a bit more, while also learning from a loving and caring professional like you, thank you very much

Love those long handled squeegee things you use on the floors - to sweep/gather trash and to mop floors w/a cloth over it. Years ago I cleaned houses for a living, huge houses, I only had the day to fly thru the whole house! Some days I'd walk in and feel so overwhelmed I'd almost cry! Now at 75, I clean my condo every 2 weeks and am satisfied just to keep everything tidy each day. Love watching, thanks for being so kind! P.S. My nick name was Mrs. Clean.

I remember going to a couple of clients and I would end up helping them do this to their house one room at a time. Some would be so embarrassed or think I'm over working but I would always tell them I liked to stay busy so the clients wouldn't feel bad about their living conditions. I learned to spray the hard to remove spots, but to cover them in plastic wrap. Then use a scraper if necessary. Your scraper looks like plastic unlike the metal ones I have. I also learned not to fold the rag in half and in half again but it looks like you folded yours in thirds, giving more of the vrag to be used for cleaning. I also understood why I keep folding rags and napkins when cleaning, it's so I don't have to keep rinsing them. The squeegee to remove pet hair and dirt off furniture is new to me too. the best tip I learned from these videos was that putting a layer of plastic wrap over items that need a long time for the cleaner to soak in is highly effective. The baking pans at home haven't been cleaned properly since I was born (so like 26+ years ago). I started deep cleaning the first one the other day with BBQ Degreaser and Plastic Wrap. It's melted off the first layer of grease and has meant I can actually see the middle of the tray! I still need more work done on the corners but it already looks so good! I practically cried in joy when I saw that it worked, because I was hurting my wrists trying to scrape it away
