It's rare for an MST3K movie to come with its own preceding meaningless short.

Even though Tom's blow off line about the gay, impotent, priest that's a hologram on the run from the law is one of the funniest lines ever, i can't believe you didn't include Nestor Paiva frantically worrying: "We're trapped! No food! No water!" To which Tom replies: *"Oh, we got FOOD, old man...."* Lines like: "Is the first stage of grief pure, unbridled joy?" are also genius.

Didn't Agar once say, "Shake hands with the man that nailed America's Sweetheart!" (referring to Shirley Temple)? Makes me think quite possibly his characters that had an overblown sense of self-worth (all of them?) weren't just an act.

This film makes Plan 9 from Outer Space look like a decent film. At least that one was by a director who had some degree of talent. Plan 9 is enjoyably bad. This piece of trash is a confusing, jumbled mess with annoying characters only made bearable by the Mystery Science crew riffing it a new one.
