She never disappoints, let’s be honest. I’ve never heard a bad song from her and I’m never tired of her, also, every song she covers becomes completely new and completely her own. So much love and respect for this woman. 💖🦋💖

Your analysis of this is absolutely brilliant. On first viewing the raw video I was put off by the flashes of blood. But your insights tempered my opinion and made this a favorite.
@fitbmx77444 жыл бұрын
I love this one so much, it is a battle song like The Seed. The woman in the beginning is her older sister Victoria, who is a fashion designer and does all of the wardrobe for Aurora. This video is so deep, this what it is too me. Of course about the environment. Notice, the ground is a wasteland with dozer tracks, no vegetation left. The song starts as her being a child wanting to fight, she speaks with the older woman (her sister) then is in battle with her arm of young Warriors. The battle intensifying with the blood and movement, the dance is a war dance mimicking dances such as the Maori Haka (New Zealand) for example. Then with the appearance of period blood (Aurora said that her self on Instagram) which symbolizes the passing of time, they are no longer children but are still fighting. They end extremely bloody but still alive, victorious in battle. This was a song she wrote to say that even children can save the world, and that we should never hold kids back because they are powerful.

Another great video man. This is what AURORA said about Apple Tree in an interview: "Apple Tree is about the potential that hides in all of us. We can all save the world if we put our minds to it. The world won't listen to scientific proof that the world is dying, so maybe it will listen to the dreamers, the children. In a bleeding world the power of the individual is our only hope. Let her save the world. Let him save them all. Believe in us, and maybe we'll be the generation that saves the world, rather than the one that killed it. The world is bleeding. It is up to us now."

If there is one song of auroras that you should cover its a song called Lucky,it's a song that she wrote at the age of nine.yes nine it's a masterpiece. I have seen her live and trust me you can not tell the difference from her live singing and her videos she is that good,check out her live performance of lucky at her Christmas concert in a cathedral in Norway it will give you goosebumps on top of your goosebumps it's outstanding.

You should absolutely react on a live performance of her too, like the live at Nidarosdomen or the HAIK concert, she is just totally amazing during live performance. Thanks a lot for your awesome reaction, I loved it! Peace and Love to you and your family and take care.

I love aurora, but these synchronous dancers are really annoying. That doesn't suit her at all. She doesn't need them at all. I don't find it disturbing that they are there, but that aurora is dancing with them. If these dancers have to go into the video, then please not at the same time as aurora. At queendom, the additional staff didn't bother me. It seemed natural, wild and not that synchronized. Here she joins syncron the crowd. That takes away her special presence, which, as I see it, is a trademark.

1:14 GAHHHHHH!!!!!! WHY do reactor channels always ALWAYS pause the songs? Why? It never ever adds anything. I love reaction channels...it's my guilty pleasure. But I only like a few where they DON'T pause. They simply talk at the end. I'm here for your reaction...NOT your commentary DURING the song. Jesus christ...how is it even possible to fully experience a song when you're interrupting it every 10 seconds? It's just so weird and annoying. I've never ever watched someone pause a song, and then say something remotely interesting or insightful. It's always the same....just "wow...that was dope!" or "omg...that was so cool" or "damn...did you hear that?" I mean....music is MEANT to be experienced in a linear narrative fashion. If you stop a chord progression dead in it's tracks...your brain literally is incapable of making sense of certain musical elements....such as voice leading. Imagine you paused the song right when the dominant 5 chord was about to move to the relative minor? The voice leading and subsequent resolution to the key center would be lost on you. You literally wouldn't even HEAR it. Does anyone else get where I'm coming from? There's no chance I'm the only one who feels this way. I just can't tell you how many times I've found a cool reaction channel...with someone who seems to pick great songs...only to have all that ruined by constant pausing. I literally would gave subscribed to this channel....but then you paused this song TWICE already....and the first verse isn't even over yet. ffs....
@avedic3 жыл бұрын
1:46 yep.....and that was when this video jumped the shark. You did what I was fully anticipating you'd do.....pause JUST BEFORE one of the coolest parts of the song....the deep vocal sample that transitions into the pre-chorus. Why do people ruin music for themselves like this? It's just so bizarre to me. Have people's attention spans seriously degraded into absolute nothingness?? It's driving me absolutely nuts. There ARE some reaction channels where the person actually LISTENS uninterrupted. And the entire joy is seeing their facial REACTIONS.....and then, when they'd fully absorbed the song and it's over, putting their thoughts to words. Again....I want to subscribe to this channel. I almost did. But it's like trying to enjoy a meal while some 5 year old keeps throwing french fries in your face. Like....why? >__

@@MrTombre Eh, to each their own I suppose. I'm looking for _reactions_ on reaction channels, not their thoughts or ideas. But their reactions. Because a person's face tells me ten times more than anything they could ever say. Also music is an art form who's context is derived entirely from time....and interrupting that temporal aspect, ruins the art. I guess I just don't get the insane amount of pausing so many reaction channels do. It drives me utterly mad lol. This one channel I came across, the guy literally paused this 3 minute song at least 50 times....making his video like 40 minutes long. And the "insights" he had to offer were beyond trivial and pedantic. It was all like "sorry to pause guys, but I just _had_ to say...this is just...like, um, SO good. wow. ok, let's back that up a bit..." Just that...over and over and over and over. At that point....he basically isn't even listening to a song anymore. He's listening to *_a snippet of sound out of context_* and then rambling about it, ad nauseam. I just find the appeal of that baffling.... Can you tell it drives me absolutely bonkers lol?
