Aurora Australis

An aurora in the offing, a small action camera set on time lapse and a shutter speed of 30 seconds. It ran for about 4 hours, a delay of one minute. Cloud cover was present but cleared around midnight. Taken from ...Oamaru, North Otago, New Zealand

Yes a stroke of luck, I checked the conditions on retiring and decided to activate the camera. Just as well I did. Detail quite acceptable for such a little camera.
