Aurora Chasing in Scotland

Hey everyone, it's Will here! Today, I'm taking you on an adventure to the heart of Scotland, chasing the elusive Northern Lights in the Glenfeshie valley.
For any photographer, capturing the aurora is a dream, and I was armed with the perfect setup: the Sony a7IV, my trusty SmallRig cage, and the incredible wide-angle Sony 14mm f1.8 lens. Trust me, this combo is a beast for capturing the vastness of the night sky!
The wait for the aurora can be nerve-wracking, but also exhilarating. We'll experience it all together in this video - the anticipation, the technical tweaks, and the pure, unadulterated joy when the sky finally explodes with the dancing lights!

Enjoyed following along on this - a beautiful timelapse bagged on what sounds like a phenomenal night. I tried shooting some noctilucent clouds behind those barracks last Summer whilst visiting my brother, and took a lot of joy from watching him roll down the very steep hill by the side of the road there!

@@willhallwildlife sadly last year was terrible for NLCs so we didn’t get the shot. I’ll be back this Summer!
