when people grow old they forget that when they were 12 they had feelings too, it might not be a big deal now but then it was

Yes! I was so afraid of this when I was a child -- growing up and forgetting the person I'd been. I saw the way adults dismissed children and their past selves, and became adamant that everything I thought and felt mattered. I filled journals so I'd remember it all.

+Joseph Pattison Most schools in Norway teach the kids english with british accent and vocabulary from they're 5, so of course it sticks with us. Even if some choose to talk more american because of tv series and other influences. Especially in formal settings the british accent use to show more, my italian friend mentioned it and i laughed when i realized she was right

I don't like how some people are giving Aurora diagnosis. Saying she's got aspergers or that she's albino. I find it very rude. Not because there's anything shamefull about having aspergers or being albino, but because I find it very rude to diagnose someone you don't know and have very little knowledge about. As a Scandinavian I find it very weird that people think she might be an albino. If she is, we have a whole lot of albinoes here in Scandinavia.

+Helen of Troy - music by Helena Belien I've seen some comments asking if she's albino, yes. I think maybe it is because people are so used to seeing fake blondes. So they think that all blondes have dark eye brows and dark roots.

+tmr IDIOTS!!! Also, my ex had a daughter with Aspergers. Trust me, Aurora does not have it..lol She is very expressive and does not filter that. It is wonderful and she is the future..not the rest of the idiots worldwide glued to their phone screens. Her idea of heaven is a piano with little notebooks and being able to share her vision of love with the world..Meanwhile in the rest of dumbfuckistan (not a racial slant, so don't bother folks..lol Just referring to the average dumb normies out there) is wondering whether or not she is albino?? I guess they have never been to Norway or anywhere in Scandinavia..

To southport97 : i agree she looks a little bit tired .She is 18 and everyone wants a piece of her , and she has to answer in english and that requires full concentration. In the same position i would be terrified . What a brave fighter she is and she got my full admiration.

Mads Axelsen I agree. She has to sit through numerous interviews and act as though she's surprised, interested and enthusiastic all the time, but that is part of it. This one was probably impromptu with little time to prepare. I guarantee you her mind goes faster than she can speak and probably gets frustrated from it.

I love how Aurora so amazingly gives the interviewer her absolutely full attention, really listening and showing she is really thinking about her answers before responding. She is being asked some good questions (well done interviewer!) which helps, but I have seen her like this in her other interviews and it is a great skill she demonstrates so naturally. And her music is pretty special too! Looking forward to seeing her live in October.

Aurora doesn't colour her hair!! Well, really. She uses something called "Purple shampoo" which naturally tones down the brassiness in blond hair because it is on the other colour spectrum to yellow. So what she does is natural.
@faelland
@faelland Жыл бұрын
She has dark blonde hair, she bleaches it and her eyebrows. If you look ar pictures of her younger you'll see her hair and eyebrows are too dark to get this light with purple shampoo. She said that so she would seem all natural, but it isn't true. It's impossible to go from medium to dark blonde, which is her natural, to this light without bleach.

Partying the night before or 3 hours sleep? Perhaps both. Meaning no insult to her, but she just looks tired throughout this which, unfortunately, magnifies her nervous temperament.

You mean her accent? If so, no. What norwegian accent someone has, will influence the english accent. Also most norwegians speak more of an american english. Because we hear that more than British english.

+Green Morning There's a lot of different accents in Norway. We have many different dialects. Some are so different from eachother that it can be hard to understand eachother sometimes.

tmr I'm Chinese so I see what you're talking about the dialect stuff. Chinese dialects can be so differrent that many people catorise them into a different language. And now looking at this this way i understand what you're trying to say here. but anyway I find Auroras accent a bit imliar to the British accent.

+Green Morning well, here in norway the dialects is not that different that u can categorise them as different languages. Its more the pronounces of the letters and words. Like how u pronounce the letter R and letter L and hows the rythm is when speaking. The funny thing is that i can tell (in my region of the country) where somebody comes from within a radius of 20 km by the way he/she speaks, the words that are being used, the rythm and the pronouncing of letters/words.

Dear people, if Aurora were Aspergers, she wouldn't stare at the journalist's face all the time. She'd be looking somewhere else because Aspergers have a hard time maintaining steady gaze. So, don't play doctors if you don't know what you're talking about.

as someone who was diagnosed when i was 6, autistic people do something called masking. it’s when we pretend to be “normal” and the world teaches us to mask from a very young age. some of us learn to force eye contact, or fake it by staring at the person’s forehead (people usually can’t tell the difference)

@@seanmatthewking reality? Bahahaha people from United States aren’t that important, the English language is the easiest to learn, that’s why most of the people pick English as first choice, other languages have difficult pronunciations, Tell me what represents USA? pizza? You stole that idea from Italia, culture? Tell me when you’ve seen a Native American, do you have more dialects? In Latino America countries have more than a language, for example: Mexico has 68 languages and dialects with Spanish, so your country is important, but not more than other countries, the liberty statue and your flag are the only things that we can remember if you say the word “USA”
