I loveeee it so so much and I also have a question. Can someone explain to me please why do the last songs mention a lot the word: "devil". In starvation song, I heard: "Made a deal with the devil" and in this song, I hear: "Nothing will change, no shame" like I understand it's like a struggle with no end with dark forces, moreover she mentions the devil here too. I am very curious about that cuz I heard a bit about music industry in general.

my interpretation is that when she speaks of "the devil" and "darkness" she is speaking of our attachments, fears and illusions, all our selfishness towards mother nature and each other... in this particular song, she is speaking on behalf of mother nature and how she sees her children (humans) choosing the dark illusion of separation and greed and that, regardless, she's still forgiving "no guilt, no shame" like the lyrics say. just "call out my name" just reunite with nature... "why don't you call my name?" why are we still not reunited with her and still in our heads so much.. in the end the whole album raises the question the album is named after: "what happened to the heart?"
