It doesn't get much closer than this, does it? 😅 I didn't quite manage the aurora shots I wanted but I'm still very pleased with the shots I had coming home from this trip. Stay tuned for next weeks episode where I'll be using a highly specialised Solar scope in Australia to create a super detailed mosaic image of our SUN!☀

Man I am so grateful to have found this channel, what a gem. I wish you all the youtube growth! Watching this made your backyard aurora livestream even more special. Going through all those long drives, freezing weather, to see a distance glimpse of the aurora at the very last minute... To 2 months later, watching it in your back garden on an unseasonably warm night, one of the biggest solar storms in recorded history.. Wow. Amazing!! Love the series!
