I think everyone was waiting for the Step 3 from Aurora. The pandemic probably influenced the creation of the album. Aurora became more mature after. And the songs written a years before turned out to be unripe apples that were harvested at the beginning of the apple orchard. After going a little further ripe red fruits were found. It is impossible to eat everything and with regret but with a smile about maturity the greens were left.
This is my lyrical opinion about step 3.
The songs from this playlist were recorded in 2017. Not all of them would be in step 3 after finalizing. So I see them between step 1 and 2.

​@@corgi878that's okay, we're allowed to miss what's not there anymore, of course without losing sight of the fact that she's just a human too, so naturally she changes and so do we and our likes. I used to like her original style so very much, I was obsessed (I was also a very depressed and sheltered kid), but now that I've aged I like her new style better and it's always gratifying to see the artist I like grow and develop. But we're all different and so are our feelings. Sometimes we just grow apart from what we used to love, and that's okay too.
