This place is no vacation, trendy bucket to do list, no place to relax. This is a historical landmark that all Samaritans must know what atrocities have been done here. humans against other humans.

Looking also at the birds... they could just fly away. Also the sky is so open... but the.ground with wires and divisions.. Very hard and heartbreaking what people back then would of felt and went through. May the victims soul rest in peace.

Not a big deal but I helped remove grass in front of he crematory in 1984. in our group was a former inmate, had his number tattooed on his forearm. The evening we arrived he had to walk into the camp in order to see that everything was open and history, fortunately we were with him but when he wanted to leave the main gate was closed because opening time ended. You might be able to imagine what happened to him. Fortunately one of us knew that a second exit remains always open and we could comfort him. I still have tears when I remember this. Later that evening he was so funny and happy that we thought he was seriously going insane. Read about the totally unnecessary „medical experiments“ they did and you know those were the worst of the worst of the worst. And all this had been enabled by millions who ignored there is just one human family. If we let things happen again, it will happen again. Maybe humans are too dumb and too cold and narcissistic for this planet.

Sept 2021. Since late 2019 lock downs causing businesses and schools being closed, ppl staying in their homes, residents in nursing homes not allowed visitors bc of the cv19 pandemic, developed and released in china with American taxpayers money by Anthony Fasci...I call him dr falseface. We don't have it as bad as those in WW2 but some ppl went crazy: suicides, domestic violence on the rise. But the cv19 pandemic brought to light what was being taught in schools, indoctrination. The corruption of government officials. The parallel is scary.

It's hard to think of the massacres in that place today. My brother who was probably the least sentimental person in the world went there, he said there was an atmosphere there that haunted him. He saw a crisp packet near the entrance of the crematorium and felt sick.

an important part of "never again" is making sure that noone ever forgets what atrocities have happened to the jewish and romani peoples in World War II. with all the sanitization and censorship of this history though, it seems that many people are forgetting.

@@alanoag8926 If it's wrong to take photos of the place and the contents. Do you consider it wrong that that is exactly what was done for the above video? I suspect your answer would be something like, that it's okay because it's educational and it has the potential to reach a large audience. Surely it would also be educational for anyone to take photos etc, after all, there may be a large number of people who would do so to show them to family members, friends, work colleagues, and to schools etc. When you consider that approximately 1 million tourists visit the place annually that's a heck of a lot of potential education......don't you think?

@@alanoag8926 I did look at the video, in fact, I watched it in its entirety from beginning to end but you didn't answer my question. Here's another question. Do you believe that it would be disrespectful if television companies took videos of it? I believe that Oprah Winfrey accompanied Elie Wiesel there on at least one occasion so I think I would be correct in presuming it must have been wrong of her and the tv company to have done so including Mr. Wiesel (arguably the most famous Holocaust survivor).

Hello, I have a question in the trial against Albert Speer, the US judge Judge Jackson in the Nuremberg trial kzbin.info/www/bejne/bJuVc4GJfdh0q8U mentioned a terrible experiment, the SS is said to have built an artificial city for this purpose, imprisoned 20,000 prisoners from Auschwitz there and then using a new, horrific method, evaporated the whole village, including the prisoners, almost without a trace (test of a nuclear bomb?)? Where did this monstrosity take place? You can hear it for yourself in Speer's interrogation video in Nuremberg? What is Jackson talking about?

It hurts everytime to see the little kids and babies and the victim's belongings... All beautiful woman and handsome men who's lives were taken from them. They all deserved so much more in their lives bless their precious hearts. It's strange to watch it and just seeing the outside of the buildings and the green grass that makes it almost look peaceful while still making you feel sadness and pain. The image of what I believe to be the gas's chamber is just awful and terrifying. It almost made me sick to my stomach..
