12:07 , isn't that wrongly mentioned ? So eg if ur trust is Minus 10,000$ per annum. U put ur cash of equal value = $10,000$ and then make it NO profit No loss .. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Something is conveyed wrongly here . That's not how trusts work . Isn't it ?

When the man started talking about trust, I went and got my notebook. Started writing points down. The excruciating Land tax staight from $1 is not something you cannot go without discussing. Land tax will take almost all your rental income in trust game. Yes mortgage broker will get his commission, yes accountant will get business but after the first year you end up with this huge land tax bill from first 3 properties hoping for capital appreciation!! What actually need discussing is 'how to avoid land tax and continue buying under trust structure '

Land tax actually MAKES the principle of OWNERSHIP null and void.Nobody owns Land in Australia..They only THINK they do and they pay alot of money to keep that thought going.
