Also the contrast of an Aussie vet in a humble car living with mates is so refreshing and massively contrasted to the flashy materialism of other places. Priorities. One thing worth noting with Kenny the wombat is that antihistamines actually do not affect the release or production of histamine. They work by competitive binding; they bind to receptors on cells for histamine, which means histamine can't bind and therefore can't cause symptoms. In cases where antihistamines aren't sufficient, they can be used in conjunction with medications that actually will reduce the rate of release of histamine, called mast cell stabilizers, such as Ketotifen Fumirate, Cromolyn Sodium, etc. These mast cell stabilizers also help control the rate of release of the other 200+ inflammatory chemicals reduced by mast cells, which are key immune cells. As someone with a mast cell disorder, the distinction is more important than many realize! But antihistamines are a very important tool in allergy and mast cell disorder treatment.

Fortunately, many animals are rescued by animal lovers every year. Some animals are treated and recover, or are rescued from difficult situations and return to nature. Some animals disappear into the wild as if they are running away, while others show their gratitude to the humans who helped them before parting. They express their gratitude in a variety of ways, such as hugging and licking, but it is clear that the animals, who cannot communicate with humans, are trying their best to express their gratitude.😍🐶🐶🐕😻🥰😘

My dog is allergic to grass. She was a rescue that was dumped by some irreputable dog farmers (I refuse to use the term breeder for anyone who doesn't do it responsibly) and she has a couple health issues. One is a grass allergy. It's annoying as hell but we manage and she's happy and as healthy as she can be these days. Not many folks are willing to take a special needs pup, and understandably so; it's expensive and time-consuming and can limit family activities depending on the condition. We fortunately have the time and energy (and income) to handle this condition. Good thing, too, she's the most well-behaved and best tempered pup I've ever had the pleasure to own (and I've had a few now).
