Request: You should try truck-spotting in areas where's there's longer and larger trucks such as ABB Quads, & Full-Sized Triples. These trucks are mainly near Roma and other areas. It'lld be something different to your channel. Just thought I'd ask because since you're now in QLD You might decide to head over to other places.👍

Does the Australian Army have their own civilian style semi tractors aside from their military trucks manufactured by Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles?

Do the Australian Army's truck convoys when they drive on Australia's public highways get escorted by the Royal Australian Corps of Military Police and sometimes the Australian Federal Police and the Australian state or territory's police department?

The main ones that I’ve seen are Mercedes-Benz Unimogs, and Mack R-Series, but they are in the process of being phased out and replaced with the Rheinmetall MANs. I haven’t seen convoys accompanied by military or federal police, generally just a combination of MANs, Unimogs, Land Rovers, or Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons.

Yeh the new trucks are apparently p.o.s, according to a few lads I spoke with fuelling one day. They wanted the old Mack's back, there's alot of contractors that haul the gear around and usually only see empty shipping container floor style decks on the Rhino's trailers and flat beds
