honestly kinda embarrassing for epic that they can't deliver a smooth game at a 100 player lan event. you can say it's fair because everyone has to deal with it, but it's not really fair since not every player will be vulnerable or in a bad spot at the same time there's a spike. this just shouldn't be a thing at a $10m lan tourney

4mil lan tourney also everybody dealt with it, others had more experience than some from dealing with it but this wasn't new to anybody there especially those who played in big tourneys in which it was so laggy they constantly got teleported back.

@@MrSelioss true on the 4mil, not sure why i put 10. but you're right, this game is relatively new & barely updated honestly. the company isn't worth much & most definitely doesn't innovate new tech specifically for games. they've barely had any experience in testing how well this game would even work on lan, especially at the highest competitive level

Tbh Clix is only a qualifying warrior cuz his decisions to certain situations is not always the best. When he was in his prime, all he had to do was spam his drum-gun and take only 1 try to get someone's wall and kill him. For like his entire comp year, the only time I remember him placing well is top 3 in grand finals trios or duos I forgot.

100% if everyone is lagging then it’s still a problem for everyone. Timings are off so edits and shots are gonna get flubbed. Just because it’s an even playing field doesn’t mean that it’s okay. Epic needs to work on their game if this is what’s deemed acceptable

Clix and Epik never made it to endgame and didn’t have good amount of elims they sold badly ngl, they also never had good movement and didn’t claim island or towers they should still stay as a duo bc they can def get better.

The format in the finals was actually so stupid. 6 games are complete luck I think. For example mero had the best zones possible in basically 6/6 games while top tier pros like savage and vadeal or quesy and veno had 6/6 games the worst zones possible. And with this zones it’s basically impossible to win becouse you get permanently holded and get most of the time surge problems

True. 6 games is too short. I feel like the players' ability to adjust and cope, plan and use their brains was undermimed by this format. It does feel like luck played a larger role. In the end, it doesnt feel like the players were trully tested and it feels like we didnt really see their best.
