As a passionate meat hunter I was surprised to see you leave that over night then go for the clean the next. Drop the guts at least as soon as possible and enjoy the quality. Personally I break’m down under torch and hang in bags. Walk it out the next days. Try it.

Great job boys. Passionate is a word I really don't think portrays your feelings enough. It is a word us hunters often speak of but one that many others don't really understand when it comes to hunting. As you say being out in the bush is fantastic and everything else is just a bonus. Again, well done and keep the videos coming.
@juliandean87877 жыл бұрын
Bolt-Action Productions Much the same to your videos too mate i follow the both of your channels with a passion and it inspires me to get into this great art of being one with your surroundings to get a great result!! not to mention you and Lee are an absolutely pissa set of blokes never a faint moment with you two i had to stop watching the "Deer meat" video because i couldnt get over the part Lee had a bit of a cheeky fondle of the stag's berries 😂!! keep it up mate you guys and Aussie Bush Harvest are the role models to all Deer hunters or any Hunters for that matter. cheers mate happy shooting
@BoltActionProductions7 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate. I often get quizzed with the statement "what do you think you are going to get out of this KZbin channel thing?". The funny thing is people usually don't understand my answer when I tell them "Nothing". My aim is to just share what we do and the way we live our lives. Most genuine hunters understand this and it is just a shame many don't give it a chance. Keep up the good work and your very individual way of expressing it. Love it!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Great to see your brother getting back on track and I am sure you will be lucky to stop him now.....

clonoid I write to my local members all the time. When we had a parliamentary squire into hunting public lands hassled my local members in. Other upper and lower. The alp members were down right rude and did not even want to submit my letters even though I pointed out that as a representing of me they needed to table it. Dam frustrating. Wait a while state

I wanted to ask you what deer have you tasted to be the best tasting deer. I was just wondering in your opinion red, sambar, fallow, chittal...etc... please let us know.
@AussieBushHarvest7 жыл бұрын
I tried Hog deer once and its was insanely good. My favourite from what Ive personally harvested is red hind. Incredible flavour. Folks rave about chital but i've never had the chance to try it. Stewart island whitetail is said to be the best in Kiwi, fingers crossed i'll try it next year if I drop one.

absolutely exceptional trip!! and that set of antlers holy fukin shit thats a big stag!! i completely understand that every Hunter just like fisherman never give away their best/favourite spots but would starting out from the eildon area be a good point for these beautiful creatures? I am new into this game i have only just got my license and am in the process of purchasing a .308 is theee any place you could recommend i start from? Any response would be hugely appreciated i follow your videos with a passion my friend and the complete usage of the animal whether it be venison steaks to salami astounds me you trully respect the Deer and waste nothing. You are the role model all Deer hunters should look up to and admire! I cannot wait to feel that rush you experience after a suspenseful moment of silence before edging at that trigger!! I cannot wait man any tip on where to start would be a Godsent keep up the awesome hunting mate and well done to Triz on his amazing 12 month milestone event!! cheers mate much respect 👍
