What I like is how they then steer into the path of a dump truck whilst slowing down forcing the truck to brake to avoid slamming them up the rear. I swear people are getting dumber by the day. I could list off numerous things I've seen recently, but I won't .

At the moment, this is 1 of the biggest problems that is only going to get worse. A few years back it seemed that hitting the anchors to let some1 in from a merge or slip lane was the right and polite thing to do. This practice has caused so many rear ends and accidents, its not funny. But, because it wasn't nipped in the butt straight away, ppl assume that it's their given right to pull into traffic with no regard. There is a major slip lane onto a 110kmh highway here that is absolutely dangerous to be on because of the culture that is changing for the worse.

I drive this bit of road every day. It is a main road (Salisbury Highway to be precise) there is an expectation and a legal right of way that the entering car has to yield for oncoming traffic. I have learnt not to trust any of these morons over the years and take appropriate precautions as far as possible but the difference between them looking like they are just going to stop in the middle of the dividing island or going is probably less than a second and by the time you realise they are not stopping it is too late and thats even if you are 100% awake to what is likely to happen which most people aren't. The merging car was 100% in the wrong and he should be charged by the police for failing to give way at an intersection. Stop defending stupid or arrogant drivers that think what ever there imperitive is, it's more important than anyone elses.

We all make mistakes sometime during our years of having a driving license. Some are bad other are simle mistakes like this... I have had my license for 40 years and yes i hav had a mistake or 2. Never crashed or bumped into another vechile but som close calls... Saying you dont deserve havnig a lisence over this is in MY opinion BS
