Hey Vas. The body is vented there to allow any air that comes in through the open front so window to escape. With the cab sealed with the drivers tray the parachute effect in the air is much less.

When it comes to all the Arrma chassis it's very simple to me. Ditch the tower to tower brace, and use that aluminium for a 4mm chassis if you know what i mean

I've never burned a servo either, I think others aren't setting their trims causing early failure of their servos...it's either that or their eliminating the servo saver and hitting it hard...or both ;)

I think this scale is going to deal with the terrain most of us have to drive on really well but at the same time bringing better run times than an electric 5th scale so this scale was needed Ive had the sbr didn't get on with it and tried the udr same that just me couldn't keep them on there wheels this is going to be perfect great vid

Thanks for the great unboxing Vas, after you showed us this tank we just had to get it. Its a masterpiece of engineering, agreed with the wheel color to but the truck is beautiful. The proline tyres worked fantastic on the 6s senton to mate, its even faster and wont roll over so easy. Love the sentons but the Mojave is a whole new level . True the radio sucks but ive got a flysky gt3c thats cheap and does anything you want . Arrma needs to give us the option to buy a bind and drive or no radio gear car just like the eflite planes that i love. Id definitely buy a spektrum radio then and just bind to the car. I love Spektrum radios for the planes and would like to do the same thing with the cars. Cant wait to see you drive this monster, thanks Vas you're a legend mate.

I bought a 2019 Outkast 2 weeks ago, my first off-road RC since a jethopper😃. After a few batteries I switched to the flysky GT5 & receiver. Noticeable difference for sure! Much better in everyway BUT I put the stx2 & receiver onto my old old TT01 drift car & OMFG it turned it to junk! Really became apparent how crap the radio/receiver combo is. It is now harder to drive then even with the ancient HPI TF-1 & Team HoBao receiver that was in the car for last 10+ years lol. Mojave looks sweet, trying to peer pressure a mate into buying 1 😃. I already made a different mate get a kraton 😂🤣

Awesome unboxing Vas! I'm really surprised that the chassis is still 3mm thick 😱 The extra holes in the chassis are probably for the V1 battery tray, At least that's what they are there for in the other 1/8 scale chassis 👍 This truck looks really good, I just live the Arrma styling 🤩

Hi mate, "Ready to Run" doesn't mean battery and charger are included, it only means it's assembled and comes with a radio. If the battery and charger were included, I would have shown them in the video. 😉

I'm gonna be buying one tomorrow but I just noticed something that bugs me a little. The big space at the wheelwells. Is there a way to lower the body a little bit Vas?

This truck has a lot of suspension travel, if you lower the body too much it will rub on the tyres. I believe you can lower the body, but just keep the rubbing in mind when doing it. Hope that helps buddy. 😊

Actually, when you took the body off, it looks like the interior has a brace to transfer roll over energy to the chassis. Taking the drivers out might make the body cave in easier. And, to be fair and honest, speedy rc cars are too fast now for live axle suspension. Take this for example: 1/7th 60 mph. That's a scale speed of about 690km/h. Live axle offroad isn't going near there irl.

I didn't change the radios before the first run on the Kraton V4 and Typhon V4, but I have changed radios prior to running these ARRMA cars ever since then. The stock radios just don't do it for me.

I've been patiently waiting for them to release this truck but still nothing. That's the one criticism I have of arrma. Don't announce a truck 2 months ahead of time. They build up all this interest and hype but then it dies off by the time they release it. I was all pumped about the limitless and was gonna buy it but by the time it released I changed my mind. I'm gonna wait another week or 2 and if I still can't get this truck I'm gonna get something else. I can't imagine the sales they are gonna lose out on cause the new traxxas maxx and that's sad to me. Don't see why they need to have that much time between announcing and release....

Man no one is talking about that it is a pain to change the motor. I dont know what they used but its almost impossible to change it without rhe need of mor tjan just the right tool. I have two of this cars and it was with both the same. To much hype in my eyes.

I think colored wheels are super tacky you Rarely see it in the real world. It takes away from the scale look. I also don't see how a brand like a arrma and put a radio with their ready-to runs that makes the Driving Experience so terrible. They have to know by now how laggy and unresponsive it is compared to other radios.

My slash uses a blx 200 system. This truck is pointless, buy a super baja rey. Its far better in every way. Seriously much better built, way better electronics ect. A blx 185 is a cheap low end QuikRun, while the SBR comes with a fucking max6.... A blx200 for reference is a max8. Arrma is doing a shit job with the electronics in this thing... Way way to much money for what your getting. As far as it vs a UDR, not sure. I know a UDR is trash, mines broke more than it is running due to dumb simple shit. My SBR has smashed into all kinds of shit and has never broken anything. When it comes to a desert racer, just get the best as the others are not close to it outside of price.
