These are a true Banggood speshul/special. Also picked up a set of hopup Austarhobby alloy split rims via eBay which are great too, adds weight, but rear wheels didn't want to come off, weirdly, so have only fitted to the front axle so far, reused OE tyres with foams for now. Great little rig & huge value. Servo okay, no issues even like the TX. 🔝

Got mine yesterday. I really like it but the lack of crawler reverse and the super slow reverse speed is a bummer. Given the great modulation of it, that is a shame that we will have to change electronics to get crawler reverse and a proper reverse speed. I'll check out your other vids.

Man I had the same problem with the one I got didn’t drive it but two times and the wires came off so I’m waiting on a replacement like the video very helpful thanks

Yes the TRX4m shocks will work. The ones with the "reservoir" are a little tight. but works perfectly.

Hola , he comprado un coche igual que este y tengo el mismo problema que cuando le aceleras de forma suave , si le pones resistencia , deja de acelerar , es como si se desconectara . Veo que por un momento , te ha pasado lo mismo. Encontraste la solución ? Gracias por tu video 😊

My issue was my battery. When it has a low charge it will do that. Look into a proper lipo charger.

Just curious, but does the Defender body fit onto the Austra chassis? If so, then that would be a decent replacement over the traxxas brand...one would just need to buy the body to add onto the Austra. Since you have both, had to ask. Are the wheelbase the same?

On Amazon, you can find the same Injora body, but it requires the front and rear bumper for proper fitting.
