The problem is, will it be implemneted or swept under the carpet????????????? how about mpig salaries? the useless 290 in total? should only have 47 and to earn 200,000 per month after taxes, 243 slots for mpigs should go. we will be saving 2,303,640,000/- per anum. x 3yrs of your tenure(if it realy happens) =6,910,920,000 from mpigs only. Other arms of gorverment should follow suit so save our country from wanton destruction of public corpers.

We need the president to start with county directors of Tsc and ministry. County directors and deputy county directors for the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and the Ministry of Education currently serving four per county should be reduced to 2 per County for cost effectiveness.
