Steve, You called it a counter velocity when the C stands for Constant or maybe i picked up the accent wrong, Great video and good tips and advice, I have just finished the body work & paint on my Cooper and starting to rebuild it next week, I hope you will watch in and maybe make a few comments if you see any mistakes or things you like.
