Where have you been all my life? I've been yearning to hear music like this for years. You know what I've missed more than anything? BEAUTIFUL, THOUGHTFUL phrasing! The way your lyrics swell, crescendo, then slowly disappear into thin air in the most powerful, quiet way. When I hear you play, I feel like I am a tuning fork vibrating on some cosmic frequency. You well say what I feel when I listen to Sarah. Yes, some people don't pick up the right frequency. They'll never hear it quite the way we do. And that's OK. Whenever a rest comes in, the decay of the sound is pristine, warming, enchanted.

My first hearing of these herein was ON PBS TV performance ..... and I caught the act of THEN Sarah Jarosz with her Celloist, Violinist ..... and was so impressed remained glued to the TV .... after them The M.C.K.s appeared and I was again blown away. Have been a patron and dedicated follower of both Sarah and the Kids. Great talents all. GBjj

I would do anything for these musicians to collaborate again. I saw them on the last day of their tour in 2014, to say they had perfected the harmonies by then is an understatement. Their ACL appearance was just the beginning of that amazing collaboration. This song with the additional instrumentation and Sarah's vocals...I just wish they had recorded an album together. That show just haunts me.
