I remember when Austin's house burned down and it seemed like the lowest point in the channel's history, you could've never guessed in a million years that less than a decade later he'd be making this video from his super expensive studio! I had no idea your production was this large and had that much in assets. I really enjoyed watching this. Seeing Monday and it's highly visual style sparked an idea to use them to help me get my life together during my mental health struggles. Since it's very hard right now to focus and remember even the smallest of tasks.

Being a lot in the administration and management part of my second career, i see that it's very well organized and better communication between an entire team, it's like seeing a family inside. Best of all, this channel and the others are growing well, every video always makes many people's day brighter. I so hope that the team continues to grow much more!! P.D: I know it's offtopic, but I'll only say once in my life...maybe it sounds stupid but Ken's office is PURE KAWAII THAT I'VE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, even if it's a small office or a big one, it's SUPER KAWAII.

Hmm, my sister was robbed two days after christmas several days ago. She’s not someone with a lot of stuff, she’s living on money from the government due to some mental issues and criminal things that happened to her a few years ago. What they managed to get wasn’t much even after rummaging through everything. Just stuff like a speaker, a old cheap laptops and phones and a decorative whiskey bottle. Why I’m saying this is because this video made me think of that. Those major a$$holes didn’t get much there, but the thieves that manage to get into austin’s new place would get a shitton of money, of course selling the stuff off might be a bit difficult since a lot of newer technology is easier to track down. I hope your team invest a good amount into good security. Security doors, hard to break windows, great comprehensive alarm system. It’s definitely worth every single bit of money. On another note, the production process really reminds me of working on games. Gotta keep track of everything, who does what, when and so on. Game production was pretty fun. Figured out it’s not for me in the end though.

Looks like a really nice workplace! Something I can vote for and give a recommendation for improvements is open office spaces. No own office at all, even if you are a manager, or a CEO. This make it feel like all is on the same level and managers/CEO can be grounded to the day to day operation. Owning a own office is not really needed if you have rooms for meetings. Just look at LTT which now are like 100 + co-workers and manager have there own offices, they don't really see the reality and not getting to know the own co-workers. Linus don't even know all the co-workers and all the drama now about bad office behavior's. I have been working for a global company with 100.000 + people and I regular see global manager and also speak with them in the office space about daily things that we need to do better.
