Finally, doing something about the "take foul". This rule might have made the NBA more enjoyable the last 20 years. I hate slowing a fast break after a turnover was ever legal. It just wasn't good sportsmanship.

Shaq also changed the game for a good 8 years or so because he forced teams to have a couple big big men. This forced teams to use up roster spots just on extra big men. Shaq employed a ton of centers lol.
