I think you haven't watched the video fully. I would have mentioned that I came through my employer in deputation for my client in Australia. And yes, the skill assessing body will check your referees. For everyone? Not sure about that..for me they did

Can't say you can get brother, it depends on the employer and your skill set. Most employers prefer those who are already in Australia with work rights beyond their requirements. So can't say 100% you will get one. Nevertheless we never know, keep trying from your end

I am in production support role &unix admin kind of role, so now when I went through RnR for other Anzsco codes, I am bit worried that mine is not an exact match for Software Engineer. Sorry I'm not sure what to answer :) I dont know how come you got a positive skill assessment from ACS in the first place. I'd assume you would have submitted your work experience related documents to show that you are working as software engineer. I think it's up to you. If you want to proceed as an software engg profession, just continue with the assessment result you have now. or if you want to get it corrected, then do skill assessment again.

Payslips do we need to submit all months? Or is it only like few months for each year? I am having 5 months of Loss if Pay leave. So I don’t have payslips for that months. For ACS assessment I have submitted random months payslips.

Few months to cover starting months, few for in between months and few more for the current date should be fine. I think you know what I mean! Doesn't need to include all the payslips

PCC is valid for a year. I would suggest you do it once you apply for your PR. You can generate your HAP Id in your application. From there it's valid for a year.

Hi Jahfer, No one can give you an exact estimate for how long will take for your PR application! It depends on various factors, some got within 6 months while others got in an year. So I’d say minimum a year will take to process. And yeah, you can travel back to your country if you hold a valid visa which allows you to travel back. If you are on bridging visa A(which you will get as soon as you apply PR), you can apply for Bridging visa B and travel. There are ways you can travel to your country and come back. Hope it’s helpful 🙂

Sorry brother, I’m not sure about overstay! I do know that getting a work permit or PR in your short term (through tourist visa) is extremely difficult in my opinion ! Look for your options and see if there are people who have done that! Personally I don’t have an idea on that
