AUSTRALIA ROAD TRIP VLOG

Hey team! Welcome to our first travel vlog in ages. This week we start a true Australia road trip up the red centre, hooking it from Victoria up to NT. We start the episode at an epic free camp in Mildura, before heading to a "questionable" free camp in Port Augusta. After stocking up on the groceries we begin the big drive up the red centre.

Nice to see you safely back on the Mainland. After watching Shano making coffee, I thought I'd let you know what I use in the boat. It's a Bellman Espresso & Steamer - CX 25P, it sits on any gas/electric/ceramic heat source and makes great coffee and steams the milk a treat. I'm not plugging them, I paid full whack for mine, but if you like great coffee on the go, it is worth considering. Eagerly awaiting the next VLOG.

Hi guys looks like I'm first of the ramp. In bed with a rotten flu. Anyway, love the intro excellent 👌👍. The Renmark quarantine their mungroles l had SA potatos and they wanted them so l jump on them then handed the bag to them 😡. Looks like the new setup working a treat for you guys ✔️✔️like the Jameson plug na Bundy better 😊. Copper Pedy change a lot over the years now they got concrete gutters😅 progress 😮. I've seen it dirt roads only. Don't know if he's still alive (Crocodile Harry) place good to see. The town DEFINITELY a place to its own 👍

Lovely Ep guys , But sorry guys As a ex farmer we love that there State is fussy on fruit going into there State, We had no troubles going in there on our trip there, Made us open up the old 1990 - 80 series checked the two upright fridges, and made us open our old 1983 windup Jayco but which was fine, we were sweet,

Hey hey! Thanks heaps. Ooo think the wrong message has come across in our video. We 100% support the fruit ban and the reasoning behind it. In fact, the two mandarins we got caught for I’m the one who grabbed them out the fridge when he checked our fridge and wanted them destroyed…. We just think it’s a bit extra and kind of a waste of resources to do a full video interview that is sent to Adelaide for two mandarins that we volunteered for destruction…. But yes very much agree with the ban which is there to protect such an important industry!

"Grow up SA" Are you kidding!!! we are trying to keep fruit fly out like every other state, try the WA border crossing, it's worse.

So I would take Shaneo’s “grow up” comment with a pinch of salt, it’s his go to for everything atm 😂 and we totally understand the reasons behind. Our issue was the fact that we genuinely made a mistake, I tried to rectify it before the border police had even noticed the items… like I grabbed them out to destroy them and yet still had to have a full on video interview. It just seems a little over the top. I know WA is strict but they don’t do fines and I’m pretty sure you can destroy stuff at the border. But yeah we absolutely want to support SA in their battle against fruit fly, hence why we even stopped to dump everything we thought we had. 🙃

Don't mind a strict border but it's the fine thing that we can't get over haha. Still haven't heard from SA government so who knows!
