Time to fess up - how many times have you been bogged in 1 weekend? There's no prize for the best story - you just win the glory/shame!
@cars4dummies2354 жыл бұрын
Only got stuck on one weekend, but it was a trick spot. Taking the old '85 Lux farm-hack (bought for a crisp $500) and was mucking around in the scrub offroading. Went over a large dirt mound and as we were coming over the lip it felt too step, went to break and it slid down and sat on the chassis rails, front wheels dangling in the air. Had to wait a week (during hay time on the farm) before we could get it down. The diff and gearbox left a decent mark in the ground as well!

Shauno, your cooking is so good. hehehe my usual reciepe is : We call it BellyChon in the philippines. 1. Pork Belly Slab - have butcher remove the ribs unless you can do it yourself. 2. Either brine the whole slab overnight with rocksalt and water or just rub rocksalt and pepper all over the meat side of belly then leave it for 15 to 30 Mins to absorb flavor. 3. place Lemongrass thats tied in middle of slab, then add chopped garlic and chopped onions. 4. Roll Entire Slab Until it forms spiral shape figure. 5. Tie the meat with kitchen twine to keep its shape, tie it with twine six or more times depends on the length of slab until it looks like the michelin Man. atleast one inch apart space. 6. put in oven if you have an oven or put it on low fire and cover it for 3 hours. then enjoy eating
