Thanks for this video. Love Penny Taylor and team Australia from a USA fan here. The Australian national basketball team needs to put more money into basketball altogether like they are doing with women/men soccer program, and have been doing with swimming. Too bad Griner was in the starting lineup it was almost an entire UCONN one, which I wanted.

if fiba does not do something to balance basketball , both for women and for men , little by little the basketball of national teams will fail ,. It's irritating to see only the United States win. no country has the money , time , publicity to grow like the americans

Its not the fiba's fault that national basketball teams failed.... Its the government and the leaders of the national basketball teams fault.....

I suggest that fiba, make a rule for selections, since wnba and nba do not like to release athletes., each selection would then only have the right to call up a maximum of 6 athletes from these leagues, with that a balance would happen. just a guess ... if a change does not occur you can be sure less people will follow fiba basketball ., and what happened to me !
