If you are in Australia and your visa is rejected, what are the options avaialble for you?
Can you convert visit visa to a student visa? How can you work while waiting? This is what I found in my reasearch.

Yes you can. Especially if you are applying for second or third time. There is no added benefit of applying through agent for visit visa. You can apply to remove no further condition in certain situations. Please refer to the web page in the description link.

U can apply to visit visa anytime. Only thing is you need to satisfy all the requirements for a visit visa. Especially you need to address all the issues that lead to rejection. Also try skilled migration path if you have an eligible occuaption

If you are intending apply for skills visa pathway you need to prove your experience for that u need a letter. When u leave the company get the company to legally provide you with a work experience letter. Otherwise u have to apply for a 482 visa or 491,190 or 189 skilled visa with previous experience and qualification. For your individual cases please consult a registered migration agent for advice. Unless someone apply for a skilled visa and get PR or TR or get married to an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible NewZealand citizen and change to a partner visa. Those are the things I can think of, based on what people have done in the past. Please consult a migration lawyer for advice
