OK - so I've watched every dash cam crash compilation that this channel has to offer - in fact I usually watch them the moment they are published. This one has to be the most concentrated with sheer driver stupidity. The previous ones I've seen had a reasonably even smattering of accidents due to inclement weather, obstacles such as animals or rogue pedestrians, or mechanical failures such as tyre blowouts. The majority of the ones in this video - and there were a LOT of really brutal ones - happened in mostly dry conditions, and were either due to drivers on phones, running red lights, overtaking turning trucks, or simply just not watching where they're driving. It really speaks volumes as to why laws against this kind of driving are put in place, and judging by the sheer brutality of these crashes, a lot more needs to be done to prevent it.

@@carlmagrath6389 a defensive driver's course is sufficient. My Mum was a psycho but surprisingly an excellent driver. I later found that this was due to a defensive driver's course. I've been reliably informed by multiple sources that she used to position herself in the centre of the lane (as opposed to her car), and more than once she would remain stopped at a stop sign... waiting for it to turn green. The fact that by the time I came around, that she had done a defensive driver's course, I couldn't understand why driving was the one thing she could handle in life quite professionally: I was told that it hadn't always been that way.
