What about section 8 of the preamble of the Commonwealth constitution applications of colonial boundaries act. After the passing of this act the colonial boundaries act 1895 shall not apply to any colony which becomes a state of the Commonwealth but the commonwealth shall be taken to be a self-governing colony for the purpose of that act.

Which constitution are you a spokesperson for - red/burgundy or green ? - if green how do you justify the insertion of the Australia act without consent of the Commonwealth via sect128 ? - the signing of the Australia act was by Bob Hawke - how can it be valid as Bob Hawke was never on the electoral roll ? - Cheers

This is my question about the validity of green versions vs red version. From memory there is a clause that prohibits state constitutions from conflicting with the federal constitution.
