Can you please confirm that there is requirement of ROI for offshore stream? Because either I am reading it incorrectly on SA website, or you have mistakenly said that ROI is required for offshore as well. Also there is no option for any other occupation on skilled and business migration portal except Digital & Hi tech and Defence Industry.

South Australia is the only state with a 30 hr requirement, all other states refer to immigration/home affairs which have a 20 hr requirement. South Australia is out of line here and they won't even take calls about it - they tell you to call immigration and immigration says they can't control what the states do. But visas are federal.

@@WorkVisaLawyers I'm a citizen, I was looking into this for a friend. South Australia does not take phone calls on the matter and refer to immigration which can't clarify exactly what legal provision the SA state government is acting under when visas are federal law. It's ok, immigration provided my friend with a workaround but as a citizen looking into immigration, I am very disturbed by the convoluted way the laws are applied, just to try and fulfill quotas for state specific requirements.

I am confused about one thing. being full time for the last 6 months and working full time now or working for 6 months (I work part time but soon I will be full time). If the 2nd meaning is correct, I can apply as soon as I am full time. But if the 1st meaning is full time, I can apply in my 6th month. Which one?????

There are very limited allocations to the states this year, so many potential applicants are still waiting for invitations and many might not receive an invitation despite meeting the mimimum criteria.
