The level of professionality a " kpop" (its an industry not a genre) artist needs to have is unmatched. It is not only singing at high level, but also dancing and performing, and be able to do it at the same time. This is not a beginning of a solo career , they always from the beginning released individual tracks and mixtapes, especially the rappers. Also under the name bts the have released solo songs. I recommend that you watch to the bts room performance, which is a compilation of some of their b-sides, and showcases their diversity.

You express surprise that someone from K pop has such a great voice. They compete as teenagers to get the opportunity to train - then they often train for years - essentially full time - before getting the CHANCE to debut and they keep on training after/if they debut. Jungkook is a master vocalist, his voice transcends any border. His voice touches many hearts. Glad he broke your misconception, just with his voice alone. Jungkook is the main vocalist in BTS, he does a lot of vocal work behind the scenes, is credited for over 100 songs for chorus, does vocal guides, harmonization, layering, adlibs etc. He has his own solo songs, as do the other members as well. If you are more interested in Jungkook, I'd suggest listening to Euphoria and Still With You, the latter is written and produced by Jungkook himself (both songs in korean with some english words/phrases, just as a heads up so you can look up lyrics translations). BTS are an amazing group of 7 talented, hardworking individuals. I'd suggest you just start with any of their songs, really, but, ON: Kinetic Manifesto Prima is my recommendation :)

This is so eerily beautiful song rendition of JK. I’ve watched the original right after listening to Jk just for comparison . Harry’s MV was good , but sorry JK’s version was extremely way better. JK poured his heart and soul while singing. You can actually feel the pains, his anguish, his doubts, his troubles and his regrets. He is indeed an emotional singer. BTS has four vocalists and three rappers and they all have distinct and talented voices, but Jungkook is the main vocalist for a reason; there is just something extra special about him. Amazing cover by a kpop singer. My god his voice is so cool. I can' t believe that jk can bring out more meaning with this song. His version makes the song more beautiful. The diction too is superb. As if i am listening to an american singer. Very nice cover indeed, maybe Harry is very proud.

This is so fun, watching people react, for the first time!!! I’ll never get tired doing this. I have loved them💜 for years now. I do get funny looks when I talk about BTS and paying their magazines. I am a mother of 6 children and I raised 2 of my grandchildren. I do have 1 great child. Some of things that like about them is their hard work, the love & respect for each other, and they still after all this time, they seem to be very humble for what they have and done. They love their parents!!! How many young men are like this these days? Thanks for sharing with us and your reactions are great. Falling is one I listen to over & over. Just call him JK or Kookie if you can say JungKook. He is the main vocalist and the youngest member of BTS. They call him the Golden Maknae (golden youngest) because he is good at everything: singing, rapping, dancing, drawing/painting, video editing, sports …. And more. He is my favorite member because he is kindhearted and humble, also so funny. You should react to some of his covers, he has a lot of them. He even uploaded a song he wrote and composed for BTS fans (called ARMY). The song is STILL WITH YOU.

One of the best voices in the world. He can literally sing anything. From this you wouldn't think he is not fluent in English. He wrote and produced a great Japanese song, Your Eyes Tell which is sung by all BTS members.💜

Wow !! your 1st song and it's a cover not even one of their own songs..mate welcome and open yourself to an exciting ride....your late the wagon has been long on the move.... FYI : the underestimating of kpop idols not able to sing is a myth just listen to them yourself and then judge..these kids train from when they're young in their teens and they dance too on top of that tho BTS has broken off & taken the craft to a whole new level for they have a genre of their own they tap in all kinds of ,music and respectfully even lived in the US for a while just to learn history of hip-hop/etc ..I promise you will never forget this group...
